Dear Friend of the Jewish Home,

Springtime is a time to celebrate the mothers in our lives and to honor the love and caring that lies at the heart of our community. In this month's e-Newsletter, we introduce a new way to express your love and gratitude for the mothers in your life — our lovely Jewish Home Mother's Day e-Cards.

It's my honor to share the news that the Home received a national Jewish Programming Award from the American Jewish Aging Services (AJAS), at their annual conference in Atlanta last month. Please see the story for details about the creative Jewish Home project which garnered this coveted award.

Looking ahead to the end of the month, we are delighted to announce this year's emcee for our annual Reflections gala. We also provide a link for you to register for the event online and to reserve space in the Reflections Tribute Journal.

Finally, for families of seniors facing the challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other age-related dementias, we review state-of-the-art care practices with Goldenberg•Ziman Special Care Center Community Manager, Susan Leitch.
